Dashboard and My Tasks

The Dashboard gives you a quick picture of your work and the risks you are allowed to see. My Tasks turns that picture into actionable queues.

Use the Dashboard

The most important area is My Actions. Its total is divided into:

  • To submit — your draft risks that are not yet in review.
  • To action — risks assigned to you for processing or review.
  • To approve — decisions waiting for you.

Other dashboard areas can include Awaiting Review, SLA Exposure, the Portfolio summary, Risk Heatmap, Unscored risks, and Risk Status Overview. Select a heatmap cell, status count, or SLA count to open the Risk Register with the matching filter already applied.

Work from My Tasks

My Tasks opens on All work, combining drafts, assigned actions, and approvals that are genuinely yours. Each row explains the task, why it belongs to you, its current state, the relevant date, and the next action.

Use the narrower tabs when needed:

  • To submit — drafts you created and can continue editing.
  • To action — risks assigned to you for work or review.
  • To approve — decisions waiting for you; shown only when your access allows approvals.
  • Overdue queue and Escalation watchlist — wider operational views for authorized users.

Complete a task

  1. Open My Tasks.
  2. Choose All work or the relevant tab.
  3. Review the reason and due date on the row.
  4. Select its action link. Editable work opens the Edit page; read-only records may open Details.
  5. Complete and save the required fields.
  6. Run the appropriate workflow action when the record is ready.

Dates are shown in your selected time zone. If they look wrong, update the time zone under My Account.
