Risk Register¶
The Risk Register is the main portfolio list. It is permission-filtered, so users do not automatically see every risk in the organization.
Choose a view¶
- My Risks — risks associated with you.
- All Risks — every risk you are authorized to view.
- Watched — risks you are following.
Search and filter¶
- Open Risk Register.
- Choose the view that best matches your task.
- Enter a title, RR number, or description text in Search.
- Add filters such as status, rating, owner, business unit, aging, or SLA state.
- Review the active-filter chips above the results.
- Remove one chip to broaden the result, or clear the filters to start over.
Available filters can also include likelihood, impact, due-in-24-hours, linked-asset sensitivity, and deleted records. Filters apply to the entire matching result set, not only the visible page.

Use row actions¶
The action menu shows only what you can do:
- View opens the authoritative Details page.
- Edit opens the workflow-aware editor.
- Delete soft-deletes an eligible risk.
- Restore brings back a soft-deleted risk.
The table can also show workflow state, rating, owner, dates, linked-asset sensitivity, and configurable columns.
Perform a bulk action¶
Authorized users can update multiple risks together.
- Apply filters until the result set contains the intended risks.
- Select individual rows, or select all records matching the current filter.
- Choose a bulk action such as assigning an owner, adding a tag, setting a date, restoring, or moving through a common workflow transition.
- Select Preview.
- Review which risks are eligible and which will fail.
- Correct the selection or continue with the operation.
- Review the final result report and download the error CSV when offered.
Permissions and workflow prerequisites are checked separately for every risk. Partial success is possible.
Warning
Confirm both the filters and selection count before a bulk action. Bulk delete and bulk legal-hold assignment are limited to 500 risks per request.
Saved views and columns¶
When saved views are available, save a useful combination of filters, sorting, and columns rather than rebuilding it each time. Give shared views a name that explains the business purpose, such as “High risks awaiting treatment approval.”
