RiskVault documentation¶
RiskVault helps your organization capture, assess, treat, monitor, and close risks in one consistent workflow. This guide explains the application in everyday language, with practical steps for both regular users and administrators.
Start here¶
If RiskVault is new to you, begin with Welcome to RiskVault. It explains the main navigation, the risk lifecycle, and why the actions you see can differ from another user's.
Common tasks:
- Find and filter risks
- Create and submit a risk
- View or edit a risk
- Understand the workflow
- Build and export reports
- Connect an AI assistant with MCP
Administrators can start with Users, roles, and permissions, then continue to application configuration, imports, integrations, and workflow automation.
Features depend on your access
RiskVault shows only the menus, records, fields, and actions available to you. Your permissions, the specific risk, its workflow state, and optional features all affect what appears. If something described here is missing, check My Account > My Claims or ask an administrator.
How to use this guide¶
- Follow numbered steps in order when completing a task for the first time.
- Read the notes and warnings before performing high-impact administrative actions.
- Use the search box to find a feature, screen name, or error message.
- Look for Image needed callouts. They describe screenshots that will be added to the guide.
